Bocage Man Shot by Police on Burglary Scene
On Thursday the 17th of November, 2011, about 8:30pm, police responded to a report at Borne Terre, Gros-Islet, where a burglary was in progress at a house in the neighbourhood.
The officers approached the house and encountered three individuals inside but two fled the scene while 36-year-old, Roland Alexander a.k.a “Gold Fingers” of Bocage, Castries, was shot in the process. He was later pronounced dead at the Victoria Hospital. Police recovered all the items stolen by the individuals.
A post mortem will be performed shortly on the body of Roland Alexander.
